Getting started

  • Getting started with Store UR Stuff is simple and stress-free. Begin by checking our pricing online. We also price match within a 5km radius. You’re welcome to visit the facility to inspect the space and speak with our on-site team.

    Once you’re ready, choose your storage option and unit size, book online, over the phone, or in person, complete the quick paperwork, present your driver’s licence for ID verification, and pay for your first month. From there, you’ll be set up and ready to access your storage whenever you need it.

  • Yes. All storage is offered on flexible month-to-month terms, so you’re never locked into a long-term commitment.

  • Whilst there is no minimum storage period, our minimum charge is one month’s storage fees.

Storage units and sizes

  • We offer over 140 undercover self storage units as well as outdoor vehicle storage in a wide range of sizes, so you only pay for what you need. You can use our space calculator online, refer to our conversion chart at the bottom of this page, or speak with our team for personalised advice.

    Once you move into your storage unit, you’ll be issued with your own unique PIN, which is required to access the facility through the security gates and main roller door, as well as another PIN to access your individual unit.

     Standard customer access is available daily between 6.00am and 8.00pm. If you require 24-hour access, this can be arranged for a small additional fee. Simply contact our team to organise access that suits your needs.

  • Yes. You can reserve a storage unit up to 30 days in advance, giving you peace-of-mind while you plan your move. 

    Reservations can be made online, over the phone or in person.

    When reserving online, simply visit our booking page and click the Quick Reserve button next to your chosen unit. You can choose to Pay Later (up to 30 days in advance) or pay now (up to 7 days in advance), depending on what suits you best.

  • Yes, of course. One of the key benefits of self storage is that you only pay for the space you need. If your requirements change, our staff can help arrange a transfer to a more suitable unit size, subject to availability.

    Your rental rate will be adjusted accordingly, and in some cases, a transfer fee may apply. Our team will explain any costs upfront so there are no surprises.

  • Before moving into your storage unit, we’ll need to sight your original photo ID and for some simple paperwork to be completed. Once your payment has been made, your paperwork is finalised and your ID has been sighted, you’ll be issued with your unique PIN code.

    Our team will then demonstrate and test your PIN code with you and provide a brief orientation of the facility, so you feel comfortable accessing your storage from day one.

    You’re welcome to complete this process in advance or on the day you move your belongings in, whichever works best for you.

  • We ask that you provide at least 10 days’ notice of your intention to move out. To formally end your self storage agreement, you’ll need to complete an Intention to Vacate form.

    Your storage unit must be completely emptied by 5.00pm on your move-out date, and left clean, tidy and free of all rubbish. Once you’ve moved out, our team will inspect the unit.

    If everything is in order, your security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded within 7 days of your move-out date.

  • No. We don’t require you to commit to a finish date when you sign up with Store UR Stuff. Storage fees are charged on a month-to-month basis and will continue until you provide at least 10 days’ notice of your intention to move out. 

    This flexibility allows you to store your belongings for as little or as long as you need.

  • Storage fees are charged monthly and in advance. We’re unable to offer refunds for unused days within a month.

    If you’ve paid for more than one month in advance, any unused full months will be refunded once your storage agreement has ended.

Access and security

  • Customer access is available daily from 6.00am to 8.00pm.

  • Yes. Our facility is staffed Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, so you can speak to a real person when you need help.

  • Security is a top priority. Our facility features:

    • PIN-coded gate access

    • 24-hour digital CCTV surveillance

    • Secure perimeter fencing

    • Alarmed monitoring

    • Daily audits and inspections

    • Flood lighting throughout the site

  • Our undercover storage units are accessed through a centralised roller door, which is alarmed and monitored by a security system for added protection.

    To enter, you’ll use your unique PIN code to control the roller door. The door opens and closes with each authorised entry and does not remain open during access hours, ensuring the facility stays secure at all times.

    We also use access control software that tracks and records all PIN code activity, allowing us to monitor who has entered and exited the facility. This layered approach provides greater security for your belongings and peace-of-mind while they’re stored with us.

  • Access to your storage unit is entirely your choice. You provide your own lock and retain the keys, and we never hold copies. This approach gives you complete control and added peace-of-mind. For added convenience, padlocks are available to purchase from our Box Shop if you need one when you move in.

  • For security reasons, we recommend that you do not share your PIN code with anyone other than the person nominated on your storage contract. This helps protect you, your belongings, and others stored within the Store UR Stuff facility.

    Please do not provide your PIN to removalists or third-party service providers, as doing so compromises the security of our facility. If additional access is required, our team can help you arrange this safely and appropriately.

  • If your PIN isn’t working, first press the # key, then re-enter your PIN followed by #, making sure to press the buttons firmly.

    If your account is overdue, your PIN access will be temporarily disabled. In this case, payment will need to be made during business hours so our team can reactivate your access.

    Also, please check the time. Standard access hours are 6.00am to 8.00pm. Your PIN will not allow entry or exit outside these hours, including after 8.00pm.

    If you continue to experience issues, our team is happy to assist during office hours.

  • For security reasons, PINs cannot be issued or reissued outside of business hours or over the phone. 

    If you need a PIN to be reissued, this can be arranged during business hours only, and photo ID must be presented in person. This process helps ensure the safety and security of all customers and the facility.

    If you have concerns about access, our team is happy to assist as soon as we’re onsite.

  • If padlock keys are lost and the current padlock needs to be cut or destroyed to regain access, a fee will apply. In this situation, you’ll also be required to complete additional paperwork before access can be restored. This process helps ensure the security of your storage unit and the facility as a whole.

  • While you can’t drive directly up to individual units, our facility is designed for easy access and includes trolleys to assist with unloading.

Storage types and options

  • Personal storage is suitable for household items, furniture, boxes and seasonal belongings. Many customers use personal storage during moves, renovations, downsizing or while travelling for short or extended periods.

  • Yes. Our business storage suits online stores, home-based businesses, trades and growing companies needing space for stock, tools or equipment. We can accept deliveries on your behalf, and trackable PIN access allows you to securely manage staff access.

  • We store a wide range of vehicles, including cars, motorbikes, caravans, motorhomes, boats, trailers, trucks, vans and recreational vehicles. Vehicle storage is outdoor and securely managed, with drive-through access available for large vehicles. Enclosed units may be available for motorbikes and smaller recreational vehicles (size restrictions apply).

Pricing and payments

  • Pricing varies based on unit size, storage type and availability. You can view current pricing online here or contact our team for a quote.

  • Yes. We’re happy to accept payments for multiple months in advance if that suits you. Just let our team know your preference and we can arrange this for you.

  • Yes. We price match within a 5km radius upon presentation of a written quote. Follow us on Facebook  to find out about our current offers and discounts.

  • Storage fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. Your first month’s payment is due on or before the day you move in, referred to as your start date.

    If you plan to move out of your storage unit, simply let us know beforehand. Otherwise, storage fees will continue to be charged monthly on the anniversary of your start date.

     For added convenience, we can also arrange automatic payments from your nominated account.

Packing supplies

  • Yes. Our onsite box shop stocks packing boxes, bubble wrap, tape and other moving essentials.

Location and convenience

  • We’re conveniently located at 353 Cross Road, Clarence Gardens, close to the South Road overpass. Just look for the big green building! We are close to the Adelaide CBD and easily accessible from all directions.

  • Absolutely. We encourage customers to visit the site and speak with our team before booking.

  • Yes. We offer complimentary use of Store UR Stuff trolleys to help you easily move your belongings from your vehicle to your storage unit.

    To make your move even smoother, we can recommend quality, local removalists.
